TALINUM SALAD

3 cups talinum

1/2 onion, sliced into rings
1 hard cooked egg
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
       salt and pepper to taste

Sort and wash talinum.
Boil 1.2 cup of water.
Add talinum and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and mix with vinegar, sugar,
      salt and pepper.
Garnish with slices of tomato, onions and egg.
Serve at once.
