60 grams cassava flour
30 grams sugar (2

1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons milk
309 grams lard
1-01/2 cups lukewarm water
2 tablespoons yeast
Measure dry ingredients.
Mix together salt, sugar and milk.
Dissolve yeast in water and ad dry ingredients.
Add cassava flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Add flour and knead all flour for flouring board.
Put in greased bowl.
Place in a warm place to rise until double in bulk.
Punch and add fold dough.
Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Mold dough into rounds of equal weight.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
