1/2 kilo pork fat strips
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup toyo
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium onion
1 bay leaf
2 cups water
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
5 medium potatoes
kamote or sweet potato
sliced and fried
dash of pepper
Insert pork fat through beef.
Combine meat, tomato sauce, toyo,
vinegar, onion and bay leaf.
Add water, bring to boil.
Simmer until beef is tender.
Add bread crumbs to thicken sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice meat, arrange on platter,
garnish with fried potato, or kamote.
