TOFU STIR-FRY

         3/4 kilo tofu, cubed
         6 ounces sitsaro, trimmed
         1/2 cup cashew or almond nut
              toasted,
          2 tomatoes, chopped
         1 teaspoon ginger, minced
         1 onion, sliced
         2 tablespoons vegetable oil

         1/3 cup kikoman sauce
         1/8 teaspoon salt
      Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet.
      Add ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds or
              until fragrance comes out.
      Add onion and salt then stir for 2 minutes.
      Add sitsaro and stir then for 1 minute.
      Add kikoman sauce, tomatoes, and tofu, 
      Gently stir coat mixture with sauce.
      Reduce heat and cook until tomatoes are done
            and tofu cubes heated through.
      Sprinkle with cashew or almond nuts.
      Serve hot.
