LUMPIA SAUCE

         1 cup vinegar
         2 tbsp. garlic chopped
         1  cup refined sugar
         1 cup cornstarch
         2 cup soup stock or water
         1/2 cup tomato catsup
      Mix vinegar, catsup and sugar and garlic. 
      Bring to boil and thicken with 
           cornstarch which was previously 
           diluted with the soup stock.
     When cornstarch thicken, stirring constantly.
      In low fire. for 5 minutes.
     Serve.
