VEGEMEAT PINEBITS SALAD

     1/2 kilo frozen vegemeat, cubed
     1 cup abitsuelas, cut into 1" blanched drained
     1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
     1 cup lite mayonnaise or 1 up soyannaise
     1/8 onion, finely chopped
            dash of salt
            dash of sugar
             lettuce

      Mix all ingredients.
      Serve on a bed of lettuce.
      Chill before serving.
