TOFU STIR- FRY

       3/4 kilo tofu, cubed
       6 ounces sitsaro. trimmed
       1/2 cup cashew or almond nuts, toasted
       2 tomatoes. chopped
       1 teaspoon, ginger, minced
       1 onion, sliced
       2 tablespoon vegetable oil
       1/3 cup kikoman stir fry sauce
       1/8 teaspoon salt

      Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet.
      Add ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds or
             until fragrance comes out.
      Add onion and salt then stir for 2 minutes.
      Add sitsaro and stir for 1 minute
     Add kikoman sauce, tomatoes, and tofu.
      Gently stir to coat mixture with sauce.
      Reduce heat and cook until tomatoes are 
            done and tofu cubes are heated through.
      Sprinkle with cashew or almond nuts.
      Serve hot.
