6 cups pineapple-lychee juice, canned

1 cup buko meat shredded

Mix ingredients together.

Serve cold

KALAMAY MAIS

1-1/2 cup grated young corn 4 cup water 1-1/2 cups sugar 2 grated coconuts 1 cup hot water Mix the coconut with 1 cup hot water and extract the milk. Boil this until it forms into latik (syrup) and set aside. Mix the grated corn with 2 cups water and strain the juice. Moinsten the grated coconut again and extract the second milk. Mix with the grated corn and the sugar. Cook the mixture in a copper pot over a slow stirring constantly. When it is partly cooled, add the coconut oil and continue stirring until completely cooked. MACAPUNO PIE

CRUST; 2 cups all purpose flour 6 tbsp. cold water 2/3 cup margarine, chilled Note: Cut margarine into flour. Add water gradually. Fit one half crust in pie pan and set aside. FILLING: 2 cups macapuno 4 well-beaten eggs

PAN DE BONETE

540 grams wheat flour 60 grams cassava flour 30 grams sugar (2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoons) 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons milk 309 grams lard 1-01/2 cups lukewarm water 2 tablespoons yeast Measure dry ingredients. Mix together salt, sugar and milk. Dissolve yeast in water and ad dry ingredients. Add cassava flour. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead all flour for flouring board. Put in greased bowl. Place in a warm place to rise until double in bulk. Punch and add fold dough. Allow to rise for 30 minutes. Mold dough into rounds of equal weight. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
