TORTANG ALIMANGO WITH LABONG

          1 crab meat, flaked
          1/4 cup bamboo shoots or labong,
                sliced finely
          1 pieces onion, minced
          1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
                salt and pepper to taste
                eggs
                cooking oil
      Heat the oil and saute onions and the 
             flaked crab meat.     

Add cabbage and labong.
      Season with salt and pepper.
      Cook until medium-done.
      Set aside.
      Beat eggs and fold in the cooked mixture.
      Cook as omelet.
      Serve with catsup or any desired sauce.
