SHRIMP KILAWIN

           1/2 kilo medium-sized shrimps
           1 large onion, mined
           4 pieces calamansi or lemon
           1/2 cup vinegar
           1 medium piece ginger, sliced thinly
           1 medium cucumber

Boil the shrimps.
      When cooked, peel and soak in vinegar.
      Let stand for 15 minutes then wash.
      Soak again in 1/2 cup vinegar and add all the ingredients.
      Season to taste.
      Chill and serve cold.
