PINIPIG DESSERT

             2 coconut, grated
             1/4 cup butter
             3 1/2 pinipig
             1 cup brown sugar
             1/2 cup refined sugar
             1/2 can (14oz.) milk sweetened condensed
                   anis seeds
      Extract coconut milk (around 3 cps).    

Make a syrup with coconut milk and sugar.
      Set aside 1/2 cup of this syrup.
      To the remainder, add the butter. pinipig, condensed milk and anise seeds.
      Line a baking pan (12" x 8") with greased banana leaf.
      Pour pinipig mixture and top with coconut syrup.
      Bake for 40 minutes in slow oven (350F) or between hot coals.
