KILAWIN HIPON

          1 kilo shrimps
          3 tbsp. lard
          1 tbsp. salt and pepper
          1/2 cup shrimps juice
          1/2 cup vinegar
          5 radishes
              onion     

Peel shrimps and cut in halves, 
          then soak in vinegar.
      Slice radishes into long strips.
      Saute garlic, onion, radishes and
          shrimps  (with marinade) and vinegar.
      Cover and cook until dry. season, then 
          add the shrimps juice.
      Serve hot.
