TOKWA OR TOFU SARCIADO

              4 cakes tokwa, cut in large cubes
              2 tomatoes
              2 tbsp. cornstarch
              2 tbsp. lime juice
              2 cloves garlic
              1 large onion
              3 tbsp. sugar
                 green onion
       Fry the tokwa until brittlle.
       Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes; season with salt.

 Add a little water and sugar to sweeten.
       Add the lime juice, then mix the fried tokwa.
       When it boils, the cornstarch mix briskly.
       Garnish with onion leaves.
