TINIMTIM

                1 cup water
                6 cups saluyot leaves
                1 tablespoon bagoong sauce
                1 tablespoon kalamansi juice
                1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
                1 medium onion, sliced
       Boil water, add saluyot and cook 5 minutes.
      Put cooked vegetables on a platter and season
           with bagoong and kalamansi juice.

Garnish with tomatoes and onion rings.
