STIR-FRIED BEAN CURD WITH SZECHUAN SAUCE

          1/4 cup vegetable oil
          1/2 tsp. salt
          2 green onions, cut in 3/4 inch lengths
          1 lb. firm bean curd,
             cut in in 3/4 inch cubes
           5 tbsp. szechuan sauce
      Heat oil in a wok.    

Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd cubes.
      Stir-fry gently to heat through.
      Add szechuan sauce and simmer 3 minutes.
      Stir in green onion tops and serve.
