PATUPAT

              1 1/2 cup malagkit
              6 cup water
              4 pieces panotsa
      Wash and soak malagkit in water for 4 hours.
      Prepare coco-basket using young coconut leaves.

  Drain malagkit out of panotsa and water.
      Make a syrup out panotsa and water.
      Put coco-baskets and syrup in a kettle and boil
           until malagkit is cooked
