1 small piece ginger, sliced into strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shelled tulya
1 medium onion, sliced 1/2 cup rice
4 cups water or rice washing
1 cup amargoso or malunggay leaves
Heat oil and saute ginger, garlic and onions.
Add tulya and cook a few minutes.
Add rice then water.
Bring to boil then lower heat and allow to
simmer until rice is cooked.
Just before serving, add amargoso or
malunggay leaves and cook five more
minutes.
Serve with pork at tokwa
