BOILED UPO WITH MALUNGGAY

              3 cups rice water
                 salt and ginger to taste
              6-inch slice upo, cut into big cubes
              1 cup malunggay tops
              1/2 tsp. vetsin
          Boil the water with a piece of ginger and salt.
          Add the upo and malunggay tops.      

  When done, add vetsin serve with patis.
