SAGO-CHEESE CUSTARD

               1 can condensed milk
               1 cup grated cheese
               1 tsp. cornstarch
               4 cups cooled sago
               1 cup evaporated milk
               3 eggs, slightly beaten
               1 tsp. vanilla
          Mix the milk. eggs, cheese and cornstarch in the
                top of a double boiler.    

  Stir the mixture while cooking, until it becomes thick.
          Then add the sago and vanilla.
          Blend well.
          Pour in custard cups and chill before serving.
