TILAPIA (FISH) IN COCONUT SAUCE

 Ingredient:


6 pieces tilapia (cleaned & descaled)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 onion (sliced)

3 pcs . jalapeno green pepper

1 tablespoon ginger (sliced)

2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon seasoning

Procedure:

Put the garlic and ginger at the bottom of the pan then the fish.

Mix all the other ingredients and pour onto the fish.

Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
