BRE-STUFFED MUSHROOMS

8 tablespoons butter

½ cup chopped walnuts

3 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup minced fresh parsleyge

¼ cup minced green onions

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

16 medium or large mushroom cups

8 oz. Brie cheese, cut into ½-inch pieces

Heat oven to 350 degree.

In large skillet; melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat.ms,

Add walnuts; sauté 3 to 5 minutes or until toasted.

Set aside.

 Add garlic; parsley green onions salt and pepper; sauté until onions are tender.

Stir in mushrooms briefly  sauté, coating well with butter.

Remove mushroom mixture to overnproof serving platter.

Sprinkle cheese over mushrooms.

Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with walnuts.
