UBI HALIYA

         2 cup ubi, boiled an mashed
         1/4 cup water
         1/4 cup butter
         1/2 tsp. calamansi juice
         1 cup milk evaporated
         3/4 cup water
         3/4 cup sugar
   
Add to the ubi all other ingredients 
           except calamansi and blend well.
      Cook over low heat, stirring constantly
              for 25 minutes or until done.
      Add calamansi juice before removing 
             from heat.
      Serve cold
