1 kilo librillo
1 head garlic
1 cup water
4 white radishes
1 cup vinegar
2 cups water
1 onion
6 tomatoes
Boil librillo in vinegar, water, salt
and garlic until tender.
Saute onion and .
Add librillo and water.
Add the sliced radishes and simmer
until tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
