GABI JAM

           1 large gabi head 
           1-2 cup coconut milk (depending 
                  upon the sized of the gabi)
                sugar
      Cut the gabi head in half.
       Boil it until is soft.
       Wash or grind it finely.
      Mix the grond gabi with the coconut 
            milk in a kawali.     

Cook over mod rate flame.
      When the mixture is about to dry up, 
             add sugar to taste.
      Let it cool to room temperature, and 
           store in glass jars.
