ASADONG ALIMANGO OR CRAB

          2 big crabs parboiled, halved
          1 medium onion chopped
          1/2 cup water
          1 tsp. ground pepper
          1/4 tsp. vetsin
          1 small head garlic minced
          3 small tomatoes, chopped
          1/3 cup vinegar
          2 tsp. salt     

Scrape aligue of crab.
      Set aside.
      Saute garlic until brown; add onions, tomatoes and water.
      Add vinegar and season with salt and vetsin.
      Add the halved crab and simmer for a few minutes.
      Add the aligue and cook for 2 minutes, whole stirring continuously.
      Serve hot.
