PINANGAT NA DULONG

           1 kilo dulong, or fish washed and drained
           5 pieces tamarind
              cassava tops
           1 clove garlic, crushed lightly
           10 pieces dried camias    
                salt
      Sprinkle salt on dulong or fish.
      Mix well.
      Put two pieces of cassava tops together, and 
           on them place 2 tbsp. of dulong and wrap.

Line a palayok with kamias or tamarind.
      Arrange in it the wrapped dulong with the downwards.
      Place garlic om top
      Add water to cover the wrapped dulong.
      Bring to a boil. lower heat, and simmer for about one
          and a half hours, sprinkling salt on top from time to time.
