FRESH SQUID WITH UPO OR WHITE SQUASH

           1 kilo fresh squid
           1/2 kilo upo  or white 
                squash sliced triangle size
           1 pack vetsin
           1/4 kilo pork fat
           3 cloves garlic
           1 big tomato
           1 medium sized onion
      Peel squid until white (set aside blank ink)
      Slice pork in regular size.
      Place pork in a frying pan and cook until brown.
      Saute garlic, onion, tomato and pork then add squid.
      Cook until tender.
      Add sliced upo. cover for 7 minutes with vetsin.
      Put salt to taste.
