TUKWA OR TOFU ADOBO WITH COCONUT MILK

                1 1/2 cups tokwa cubes soaked in 1/4 water
                1/4 cup kalamansi juice
                1/2 soy sauce
                1 cup thick coconut milk
                2 tbsps. chopped garlic
         Fry tokwa cubes lightly. Set aside.
         Put coconut milk in a pan and add garlic,
                  salt and kalamansi juice.    

 Let boil, stirring constantly.
        When mixture simmers, add the tokwa.
         Cook until sauce becomes thick.
         Serve.
