BAKED FISH FILLETS IN SPANISH SAUCE


 1 3/4 pounds fish fillets no.  


  2 can tomatoes

             3 tbsp, minced onions              
             1 tsp. salt
             1 tbsp. minced celery                
             1/8 tsp. pepper
             ¼ cup butter                            
             2 tsp, sugar
             1 ½ tbsp. flour                          
             1 tbsp. minced parsley

Arrange fillets, side by side, in greased baking baking dish.
Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet until tender.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Then add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over fish.
Bake in hot oven of 450 deg. For 30  minutes  or until fish
 Is easily flaked and moist.
